Sandarna BK

Sandarna BK was one of 395 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Sandarna BK, 182 other teams from 32 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 45 different groups, whereof Sandarna BK could be found in Group 20 together with Södra Sandby IF, FC America and USC Paloma Hamburg. Sandarna BK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 20. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Sunnersta AIF with 2-4. In the Final, NK KRŠKO won over ASIOP Apacint and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 14. Sandarna BK also participated in Boys 13 during Gothia Cup 2012. They reached the 1/32 Final in B13 Slutspel A, but lost it against Surrey Elite with 0-3. Sandarna originates from Göteborg, which is the same city as where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Göteborg does also provide 61 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2013 (Among others: Balltorps FF, FC Amhult, Kållered SK, Mölndal Fotboll, Hovås-Billdal IF, IK Zenith, Öckerö IF, Qviding FIF, Särö IK and Partille IF).
