In addition to Club Municipal de Casablanca, 134 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 33 different groups, whereof Club Municipal de Casablanca could be found in Group 13 together with Partille IF, Sandviks IK and Halstenbek-Rellingen SV 1. Club Municipal de Casablanca continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 13. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against FC Rueil Malmaison with 0-7. In the Final, Örgryte IS won over FC Rueil Malmaison and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Club Municipal de Casablanca also participated in Boys 18 during Gothia Cup 2012. They reached the 1/32 Final in B18 Slutspel B, but lost it against Lerums IS with 0-4.
