FC Flora Tallinn was one of four clubs from Estonia that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to FC Flora Tallinn, 122 other teams from 24 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 30 different groups, whereof FC Flora Tallinn could be found in Group 7 together with SSC Hagen Ahrensburg 1, Ängelholms FF 1 and Kolsva IF. FC Flora Tallinn continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against CEF 18 Tucuman with 1-2. In the Final, IFK Stocksund won over CEF 18 Tucuman and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13. FC Flora Tallinn comes from Tallinn which lies approximately 760 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Tallinn does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2013 (TJK Legion Tallinn and FC Ajax - Tallinn).
