Brynäs IF/FK

Brynäs IF/FK was one of 395 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Brynäs IF/FK, 176 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 44 different groups, whereof Brynäs IF/FK could be found in Group 35 together with KF Feronikeli, Nyborgs SK and MTSV Hohenwestedt. Brynäs IF/FK continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 35. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Florø SK with 2-3. In the Final, Karlslunds IF HFK won over Emmaboda Komb. and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. Brynäs IF/FK comes from GÄVLE which lies approximately 440 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around GÄVLE does also provide six additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2013 (Gefle IF, Årsunda IF, NorrHam, Ockelbo, Valbo FF and Gävle GIK/FK).
