Nyborgs SK

Nyborgs SK was one of 395 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Nyborgs SK, 176 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 44 different groups, whereof Nyborgs SK could be found in Group 35 together with Brynäs IF/FK, KF Feronikeli and MTSV Hohenwestedt. Nyborgs SK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 35. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against PFC Levski 1914 with 1-2. In the Final, Club América won over J-L Juniors and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. Nyborgs SK also participated in Boys 14 during Gothia Cup 2012. They reached the 1/32 Final in B14 Slutspel A, but lost it against AD Complutense Alcalá with 1-2. Nyborgs SK comes from Kalix which lies approximately 1100 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Nyborgs SK, the club Assi IF does also originate from the area around Kalix.
