Vasalunds IF

In addition to Vasalunds IF, 176 other teams from 29 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 44 different groups, whereof Vasalunds IF could be found in Group 44 together with Byttorps IF, JSG Vissel and Runar, IL. Vasalunds IF continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 44. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Pequeninos do Jockey with 1-2. In the Final, Kampala Junior Team won over Consadole Sapporo and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. Vasalunds IF also participated in Boys 15 during Gothia Cup 2012. They reached the 1/32 Final in B15 Slutspel A, but lost it against SK Djerv 1919 with 1-2.
