Värmbols FC

Värmbols FC was one of 417 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Värmbols FC, 204 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 51 different groups, whereof Värmbols FC could be found in Group 8 together with Falköpings FK, US Chantilly and Dalby GIF. Värmbols FC continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Tegs SK with 0-1. In the Final, Chivas Guadalajara won over Fyllingsdalen FK 1 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Boys 14. Värmbols FC comes from Katrineholm which lies approximately 280 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Värmbols FC, the club DFK Värmbol does also originate from the area around Katrineholm.
