Årvoll

Årvoll was one of 53 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Årvoll, 204 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 51 different groups, whereof Årvoll could be found in Group 24 together with All India Youth Sports School, Husie IF and Fässbergs IF. Årvoll continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group 24. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Pequeninos do Jockey 2 with 4-6. In the Final, Chivas Guadalajara won over Fyllingsdalen FK 1 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Boys 14. Årvoll comes from 1067 oslo oslo which lies approximately 250 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around 1067 oslo oslo does also provide 17 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2012 (Among others: BVIF, Skjetten SK, Huk Fotballklubb, Vålerenga Fotball, Jutul IL, Ullern Fotboll, Oppsal IF, Bærumsløkka, Lørenskog IF and Nesodden IF).
