In addition to the two Borgfeld eV teams, 232 other teams from 42 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 57 different groups, whereof SC Borgfeld eV 2 could be found in Group 44 together with Spölands IF, FK Kosmet and Vasalunds IF 1. SC Borgfeld eV 2 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 44. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against BK Häcken with 0-11. In the Final, ACBB Paris won over Kampala Junior Team and became the winner of Slutspel A in Boys 15.
