Kent Elite

Kent Elite was one of 31 clubs from England that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Kent Elite, 140 other teams from 32 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof Kent Elite could be found in Group 20 together with IF Brommapojkarna 2, Phoenix Sports and Gerdskens BK. Kent Elite continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 20. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Hisingsbacka FC with 2-3. In the Final, Beirut FAC won over San Javier Guadalajara and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 12. Kent Elite comes from RG23 7DP Oakley, Hampshire which lies approximately 1100 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around RG23 7DP Oakley, Hampshire does also provide 11 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2012 (Among others: Ascot United FC, Hampton School FC, Charterhouse School, First Touch FC, Senrab, Elite South East, Surrey Elite, Elite Berkshire, Sussex Elite and Elite Football FC).
