Karlskrona FF

Karlskrona FF was one of 417 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Girls 19. In addition to Karlskrona FF, 32 other teams from 8 different countries played in Girls 19. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Karlskrona FF could be found in Group 4 together with PSV Sydsjaelland, Balltorps FF and Smedby AIS. Karlskrona FF made it to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against AIK FF with 0-2. Thereby Karlskrona FF finished second in G19 Slutspel A during Gothia Cup 2012. Karlskrona comes from Karlskrona which lies approximately 280 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Karlskrona does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2012 (Karlskrona AIF, Rödeby AIF, Ingelstad IK, Nättraby GoIF and Ronneby BK).
