Kågedalens AIF

Kågedalens AIF was one of 417 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Kågedalens AIF, 204 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 51 different groups, whereof Kågedalens AIF could be found in Group 44 together with FH 2, IL Ørsta and KF Besa-Peja. Kågedalens AIF continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 44. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against IFK Luleå with 0-1. In the Final, IFK Berga won over GAIS and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 14. Kågedalens AIF comes from Skellefteå which lies approximately 920 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Kågedalens AIF, the club Morön BK does also originate from the area around Skellefteå.
