They were divided into 45 different groups, whereof HK 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Santa Monica Surf SC, Fana Fotball and Falköpings FK. HK 1 continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against NorCal Premier PDP with 1-3. In the Final, NorCal Premier PDP won over Stjarnan 1 and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16.
