In addition to LPA Academy, 253 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 63 different groups, whereof LPA Academy could be found in Group 58 together with Älta IF Gul, IF Eker Örebro and Charlottenlund SK 2. LPA Academy continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 58. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Eskilstuna City FK Blå with 4-5. In the Final, Imperial Future won over RS Sports and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. LPA Academy also participated in Boys 14 during Gothia Cup 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in B14 Play off A, but lost it against San Francisco Deltas with 1-3.
