In addition to Valencia CF Academy Canada, 83 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Valencia CF Academy Canada could be found in Group 4 together with Eskilsminne IF Blå, IFK Bergshamra and Hönö|Björkö|Hjuvik. Valencia CF Academy Canada continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Lerums IS with 0-1. In the Final, Throttur, FC 1 won over Lerums IS and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 16.
