They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof KFV Segeberg could be found in Group 29 together with Lambeth Tigers FC, JSC Pitray-Olier Paris Red and IFK Fjärås. KFV Segeberg made it to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 29. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against A.S. México, which they won with 2-0.
