In addition to Utpal Shanghvi Global School, 173 other teams from 37 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 42 different groups, whereof Utpal Shanghvi Global School could be found in Group 31 together with Bara GIF, Asre and BK Häcken 1. Utpal Shanghvi Global School continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 31. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Lillestrøm SK 2 with 0-8. In the Final, Footgeneration FA Algarve won over IF Elfsborg and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12.
