Halmstads BK

Halmstads BK was one of 421 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 15 Swe. In addition to Halmstads BK, 36 other teams played in Boys 15 Swe. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Halmstads BK could be found in Group 3 together with IFK Göteborg, IK Sirius FK and BK Forward. Halmstads BK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IF Brommapojkarna with 0-2. In the Final, Hammarby IF FF won over AIK FF and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15 Swe. Halmstads comes from Halmstad which lies approximately 130 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Halmstad does also provide six additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2017 (IF Böljan, IS Halmia, Laholms FK, HGH Halmstad, BK Astrio and Falkenbergs FF).
