Hødd IL

Hødd IL was one of 59 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Hødd IL, 215 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 53 different groups, whereof Hødd IL could be found in Group 44 together with Coerver Michigan Performance Academy, Bollstanäs SK 1 and Gammelgårdens IF. Hødd IL continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 44. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Thai Spirit FC with 2-3. In the Final, Match Fit Academy won over Footgeneration FA Algarve and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14. Hødd comes from Ulsteinvik, Norge which lies approximately 610 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
