Makati FC 1

In addition to the two Makati FC teams, 172 other teams from 36 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 42 different groups, whereof Makati FC 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Antiguoko, Azalea BK 1 and Värmdö IF 1. Makati FC 1 continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against CA Intercups Mexico with 2-3. In the Final, Lizzy Football Club won over SC Nienstedten and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12. Makati FC also participated in Boys 11 during Gothia Cup 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in B11 Play off B, but lost it against BSB Bourgeons Sportifs de Batna 1 with 1-4.
