Special Olympics Germany

Special Olympics Germany was one of 69 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Kim Källström Trophy. In addition to Special Olympics Germany, 30 other teams from 15 different countries played in Kim Källström Trophy. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Special Olympics Germany could be found in Group E together with Special Olympics Indonesia, Växjö BK, Grunden Bois White and Special Olympics Nippon Nagano. Special Olympics Germany comes from Berlin which lies approximately 590 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Berlin does also provide three additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2017 (Mahlsdorf-Waldesruh, B-W, Stern Kaulsdorf, SG and 1. FC Schöneiche e.V.).
