La Academia FC 1

In addition to the two La Academia FC teams, 172 other teams from 36 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 42 different groups, whereof La Academia FC 1 could be found in Group 4 together with IFK Lidingö P05:17, Prep School Lions 1 and Annebergs IF. La Academia FC 1 continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Bele Barkarby IF 1 with 0-3. In the Final, Lizzy Football Club won over SC Nienstedten and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12. La Academia FC also participated in Boys 11 during Gothia Cup 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in B11 Play off A, but lost it against SC Nienstedten with 2-3.
