In addition to the two Örby IS teams, 45 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Örby IS 2 could be found in Group 8 together with IK Zenith, Boroughmuir Thistle Football Club 1 and Toronto High Park FC White. Örby IS 2 continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Azalea BK 1 with 1-2. In the Final, IF Väster 1 won over Azalea BK 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 12.
