Prep School Lions 2 2

Prep School Lions 2 was one of 32 clubs from England that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Prep School Lions 2, 215 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 53 different groups, whereof Prep School Lions 2 2 could be found in Group 28 together with Angered MBIK, Västerås SK 3 and Austin Lonestars. Prep School Lions 2 2 continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 28. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against TUFF with 4-6. In the Final, Pequeninos do Jockey won over Lizzy Football Club and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 14. Prep School Lions 2 comes from Godalming which lies approximately 1100 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Godalming does also provide 8 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2017 (St Johns School, Hampton FC, Prep School Lions, Guildford County School, Fleet Spurs Youth FC, The Westgate School, Phoenix Football Academy and Charterhouse School).
