Billesholms IK

Billesholms IK was one of 421 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Billesholms IK, 118 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof Billesholms IK could be found in Group 11 together with Västerås BK 30, Ryerson SC 02 Girls and Mjölby AI/FF. Billesholms IK continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Lillehammer KFK 2 with 0-1. In the Final, TGK Worcestershire won over Gideonsbergs IF Vit and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. Billesholms comes from Billesholm which lies approximately 190 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
