Gerdskens BK

Gerdskens BK was one of 421 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Gerdskens BK, 203 other teams from 30 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 50 different groups, whereof Gerdskens BK could be found in Group 15 together with FCPC Soccer School, Phoenix Football Academy and Lillestrøm SK 1. Gerdskens BK made it to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 15. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Eskilstuna City FK, which they won with 1-0. Thereby Gerdskens BK won the entire Play off B in Boys 15 during Gothia Cup 2017. Gerdskens comes from Alingsås which lies approximately 40 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Alingsås does also provide 27 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2017 (Among others: Alingsås KIK, IK Kongahälla, Sävedalens IF, IF Elfsborg, HUS, Stenkullen GoIK, Lerums IS, Holmalunds IF, Grunden Bois and Ytterby IS).
