In addition to the two Märsta teams, 193 other teams from 42 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof Märsta IK 2 could be found in Group 12 together with SSV Buchholz 1922 e.V. 2, Lunds BK Gul and Pumas Oro, Monterrey. Märsta IK 2 continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Saltsjöbadens IF 1 with 0-3. In the Final, JSSL Arsenal Singapore won over Barkarö SK 2 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12.
