Delhi Dynamos FC

Delhi Dynamos FC was one of 9 clubs from India that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Delhi Dynamos FC, 98 other teams from 30 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 24 different groups, whereof Delhi Dynamos FC could be found in Group 23 together with JFV Hanse Lübeck, Kungsbacka IF, Huddinge IF and SK Sprint-Jeløy 1. Delhi Dynamos FC continued to Play off B after reaching 5:th place in Group 23. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Kevin Nelson Soccer Academy with 0-2. In the Final, AS Poissy won over Club Paris Mexico and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Delhi Dynamos FC comes from New Delhi which lies approximately 5900 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Delhi Dynamos FC, the club Real Football Academy does also originate from the area around New Delhi.
