In addition to Project Playground FC, 35 other teams from 12 different countries played in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (B17). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Project Playground FC could be found in Group 3 together with AIK FF, IF Elfsborg and ACBB Paris. Project Playground FC continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Örebro SK with 1-3. In the Final, IFK Göteborg won over Kalmar FF and became the winner of Play off B in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (B17).
