Hanvikens SK

Hanvikens SK was one of 468 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Hanvikens SK, 186 other teams from 38 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 46 different groups, whereof Hanvikens SK could be found in Group 10 together with Scandia United SA, TSV Abbehausen and Alnö IF. Hanvikens SK continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Lizzy Football Club with 5-6. In the Final, Las Vegas Sports Academy won over ED Moratalaz and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. Hanvikens SK comes from Tyresö which lies approximately 400 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Tyresö does also provide 62 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2016 (Among others: IFK Lidingö FK, Boo FF, Boo IS, Bollstanäs SK, Hammarby IF DFF, Saltsjö-Boo IF, Enskede IK, Årsta FF, Rönninge Salem Fotboll and IF Brommapojkarna).
