They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Prep School Lions could be found in Group 16 together with Specifique FA Tunisia, Enskede IK 2, Holmalunds IF and Södermöre Komb. Prep School Lions continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 16. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against VfL Westercelle with 0-2. In the Final, ASIOP Apacinti won over IF Elfsborg and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15.
