Aspire Jordan FC

Aspire Jordan FC was one of five clubs from Jordan that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Aspire Jordan FC, 194 other teams from 42 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof Aspire Jordan FC could be found in Group 47 together with Kungsbacka IF 1, Jönköpings Södra IF 3 and KSV Klein-Karben 1. Aspire Jordan FC continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 47. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against JSSL Arsenal Singapore with 0-2. In the Final, JSSL Arsenal Singapore won over Barkarö SK 2 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12. Aspire Jordan FC comes from Jordan which lies approximately 3400 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Jordan does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2016 (Academy of Baghdad, Jordan Knights FA, Al-Ahli SC and FISA Jordan).
