L's Football Academy

L's Football Academy was one of 7 clubs from Singapore that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Boys 11. In addition to L's Football Academy, 114 other teams from 36 different countries played in Boys 11. They were divided into 28 different groups, whereof L's Football Academy could be found in Group 18 together with Jonsereds IF, IFK Hindås, NSA and Prep School Lions 1. L's Football Academy continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 18. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IFK Göteborg 2 with 0-6. In the Final, Jordan Knights FA won over IF Brommapojkarna and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 11. L's Football Academy comes from Singapore which lies approximately 10000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Singapore does also provide six additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2016 (JSSL Arsenal Singapore, ANZA Soccer, Shoot Football Academy, Euro Soccer Academy, International SA and F-17 Academy).
