They were divided into 24 different groups, whereof Lizzy Football Club could be found in Group 8 together with Bankeryds SK, Bromley Juniors FC and Orsa IF FK. Lizzy Football Club continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Heritage SC Rovers with 1-3. In the Final, AS Poissy won over Club Paris Mexico and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Lizzy Football Club also participated in Boys 18 during Gothia Cup 2015.
