In addition to the two Lilla Torg teams, 193 other teams from 42 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof Lilla Torg FF Svart could be found in Group 14 together with Kista SC 1, One World Football Academy and Altona 93. Lilla Torg FF Svart continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 14. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against ENTENTE OSTEN LUXEMBOURG with 0-2. In the Final, JSSL Arsenal Singapore won over Barkarö SK 2 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12.
