In addition to Makati FC, 114 other teams from 35 different countries played in Boys 11. They were divided into 28 different groups, whereof Makati FC could be found in Group 2 together with TuS Freiberg, CA Intercups Mexico and GAIS. Makati FC continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against BSB Bourgeons Sportifs de Batna 1 with 1-4. In the Final, Jordan Knights FA won over IF Brommapojkarna and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 11. Makati FC also participated in Boys 11 during Gothia Cup 2015. They reached the 1/4 Final in B11 Play off A, but lost it against JSSL Arsenal Singapore 1 with 3-6.
