Tingsryd United FC

Tingsryd United FC was one of 468 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Tingsryd United FC, 186 other teams from 38 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 46 different groups, whereof Tingsryd United FC could be found in Group 39 together with Cap Jeune 31, Stakkevollan IF and TSV Altenholz. Tingsryd United FC continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 39. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against IFK Falköping FF with 0-4. The area around Tingsryd does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2016 (Ingelstad IK, Växjö BK, Emmaboda IS and Asarums IF/FK).
