They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof Lizzy Football Club could be found in Group 7 together with IFK Östersund 2, TJK Legion Tallinn and Onsala BK 2. Lizzy Football Club continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against SG Wiesharde/Schaffund/Lindewitt with 0-3. In the Final, CA Intercups Mexico won over Topskor Indonesia and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13. Lizzy Football Club also participated in Boys 12 during Gothia Cup 2015. They won Play off A, after beating Hammarby IF Vit in the final with 6-3.
