Special Olympics Belgium

Special Olympics Belgium was the only club from Belgium that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Kim Källström Trophy. In addition to Special Olympics Belgium, 59 other teams from 14 different countries played in Kim Källström Trophy. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Special Olympics Belgium could be found in Group D together with Special Olympics Netherlands, SAMI, SKF France and Latvian Hope. Special Olympics Belgium comes from Maaseik which lies approximately 840 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
