In addition to Lerums IS, 186 other teams from 38 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 46 different groups, whereof Lerums IS could be found in Group 28 together with Abu Dhabi Youth FC, Euro Sports Brasil and IFK Lidingö FK. Lerums IS continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 28. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Örgryte IS with 0-5. In the Final, Las Vegas Sports Academy won over ED Moratalaz and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. Lerums IS also participated in Boys 15 during Gothia Cup 2015. They reached the 1/64 Final in B15 Play off A, but lost it against SC Victoria 1 with 0-3.
