In addition to Utpal Shanghvi Global School, 194 other teams from 42 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof Utpal Shanghvi Global School could be found in Group 33 together with Lillestrøm SK 1, Dalby GIF and BK Häcken 1. Utpal Shanghvi Global School continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 33. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Euro Soccer Academy with 0-10. In the Final, JSSL Arsenal Singapore won over Barkarö SK 2 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12.
