In addition to Högsby IK, 36 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Högsby IK could be found in Group 8 together with KFV Segeberg 2, Örgryte IS and IK Zenith. Högsby IK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against FC Connecticut with 0-4. In the Final, Askims IK won over Åsa IF and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 12.
