They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof Prep School Lions 3 could be found in Group 23 together with Örgryte IS 2, ENTENTE OSTEN LUXEMBOURG and IF Hallby. Prep School Lions 3 continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 23. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Eimsbütteler TV 2 with 2-3. In the Final, Pumas Oro, Monterrey won over Azzurri and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12.
