In addition to the 5 Prep School Lions teams, 190 other teams from 42 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof Prep School Lions 2 could be found in Group 25 together with CA Intercups Mexico 2, IFK Stocksund Vit and Lunden ÖBK. Prep School Lions 2 continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 25. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against MAS Mostar with 3-7. In the Final, JSSL Arsenal Singapore won over Barkarö SK 2 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12.
