In addition to Lerums IS, 224 other teams from 35 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Lerums IS could be found in Group 20 together with AF Castelo Branco 2, Blau-Weiß 96 Schenefeld and IS Halmia. Lerums IS continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 20. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Mossens BK with 2-3. In the Final, ASIOP Apacinti won over IF Elfsborg and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. Lerums IS also participated in Boys 14 during Gothia Cup 2015. They reached the 1/16 Final in B14 Play off A, but lost it against FC Oberneuland with 1-2.
