In addition to Vaksala SK, 115 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 28 different groups, whereof Vaksala SK could be found in Group 5 together with IFK Strömstad, IF Eker Örebro and TSV Abbehausen. Vaksala SK continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IF Brommapojkarna with 0-5. In the Final, ASD Femminile Inter Milano won over SK Haugar and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. Vaksala SK also participated in Girls 14 during Gothia Cup 2015. They reached the 1/16 Final in G14 Play off A, but lost it against IFK Göteborg with 1-2.
