AS Poissy

AS Poissy was one of 18 clubs from France that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to AS Poissy, 132 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 33 different groups, whereof AS Poissy could be found in Group 10 together with Katrineholms AIK, Lizzy Football Club and Näsets SK 2. AS Poissy continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against GAIS with 1-5. In the Final, BK Häcken won over Torslanda IK and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 18. AS Poissy also participated in Boys 18 during Gothia Cup 2014. They reached the 1/8 Final in B18 Play off B, but lost it against Space/Ordin with 3-5. AS Poissy comes from Poissy which lies approximately 1200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Poissy does also provide 11 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (Among others: Fc Franconville PB, FC Chambly, JSC Pitray-Olier Paris, Courbevoie SF, Entente Sannois Saint Gratien, Stade Français, La Salésienne de Paris, Athletic Club PARIS 15, CO Vincennes and FC Saint Cloud).
