QPR Trust FC was one of 38 clubs from England that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to QPR Trust FC, 132 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 33 different groups, whereof QPR Trust FC could be found in Group 21 together with Ljungskile SK, Frisia 03 Risum-Lindholm, SV and Stord Fotball. QPR Trust FC continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 21. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against SC Nienstedten with 0-2. In the Final, Vake-WIT won over Heikendorfer SV and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18.
