Pinheiros, E.C.

Pinheiros, E.C. was one of 18 clubs from Brazil that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Pinheiros, E.C., 221 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Pinheiros, E.C. could be found in Group 21 together with Triangelns IK, La Salésienne de Paris 1 and Möre BK. Pinheiros, E.C. continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 21. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against ACBB Paris with 0-7. In the Final, CD Inter Vista Alegre won over ACBB Paris and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. Pinheiros, E.C. comes from São Paulo which lies approximately 11000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around São Paulo does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (Among others: Esporte Uniao, Hipica Campinas, Monte Libano, Independente FC, Clube Campo Belo, Space/Ordin, Saint Clair, BRFC, Santo Americo and Pequeninos do Jockey).
