Mo IL

Mo IL was one of 42 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Mo IL, 221 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Mo IL could be found in Group 41 together with Häljarps IF, Tyresö FF and TSV Buchholz 08. Mo IL continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 41. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Accademia I.C. with 4-5. In the Final, CD Inter Vista Alegre won over ACBB Paris and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. Mo comes from Mo i Rana which lies approximately 960 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Mo IL, the club Åga IL does also originate from the area around Mo i Rana.
